3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors are suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Wristhub is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must initiate return requests within 14 days of delivery if they do not wish to keep the product. Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes (4%) may be deducted, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Warranty

All watches include a 1-Year Machine Warranty covering manufacturing defects in the internal movement only.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage
Water damage (unless specifically stated)
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Warranty claims may require the customer to ship the product to our service center.
