1. 14-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply do not like the watch, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • The watch must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date

Refund Details:

  • Your full product payment will be refunded

  • Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes (4%) will be deducted

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

2. 1-Year Machine Warranty

All watches come with a 1-Year Machine Warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement (internal mechanism).

Warranty Covers:

  • Mechanical or machine-related issues

  • Manufacturing defects

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage (unless specified water-resistant conditions are followed)

  • Scratches or normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

For warranty claims, customers may be required to ship the watch to our service center.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
